Accounts are created in the IRIS Ai+ mobile app, not on this website. When you register, the app asks you to do a short face check with your phone's camera, and every account needs it. This website cannot do the face check.
The app will also ask you to verify your identity with photos of a government ID. City Hall staff review it, and once it is approved you can submit requests here or in the app.
To get the app, ask your barangay hall or City Hall for the download link. After you have registered in the app, sign in here with the same mobile number and password.
